Caribbean Union raising over US$282,000.00
Following its tremendous effort in raising over US$282,000.0O, the Caribbean Union Conference is continuing its drive for aid to Haiti. We are hoping to raise US$500,000 by Sunday, January 24th, so that a cheque can be presented to the President, Inter-American Division on behalf of the Caribbean Union Conference.
We commend you for your eagerness to assist suffering humanity and advise that another special offering is to be collected this Sabbath, January 23rd. We are confident that the goal of $500,000 can be achieved with your assistance.
Additionally, the Union's ADRA director, Pastor Theodore Jaria has advised that the Conferences/Missions can now start collecting supplies that are immediately needed such as food stuff, water, tents and medical supplies.
