President

The office of the president leads vision articulation for the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in our territitories,ensuring harmony with the mission statement of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the Union and serves as the chairman of the Executive Committee. Some of the duties of the Chief Executive Officer include: Providing spiritual leadership to employees and the entire church membership, Developing and leading a program that will fulfill the purpose of the Union and providing direction for a number of institutions across the Union.

The Conference President works closely with the Executive Secretary and Treasurer in the management of the Conference and reports to the Inter American Division Executive Committee.

Secretary

The Secretary leads the office charged with maintaining the official records, actions, constitution, and membership of the Caribbean Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. The Office is charged with helping the Union and its entities to live in harmony with the policies and procedures of the church at large as we seek together to fulfill the mission of the everlasting gospel to the whole world and specifically our territories within the Caribbean

The responsibility of the Secretary is to ensure the smooth operation of the union and its entities, as it relates to policy development, implementation and interpretation. He prepares and distributes committee agendas and minutes and compiles statistics and reports. It is his office's responsibility to assist union entities in the development of constitutions and bylaws, and also assists the president of the union in his leadership role.

The Secretary's office also functions as the human relations office for the Union.

Treasurer

The Treasury Department handles the financial affairs of the Caribbean Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, and provides financial reports to the Inter America Division.

This Office also provides oversees auditing services for Conferences and related institutions across the territories of responsibility. Understanding that donated funds are a sacred trust, the Treasury Department is committed to fulfilling its duties with optimum efficiency and fiscal accountability.

To promote integrity and responsibility, professional accounting procedures are carefully followed and reviewed at regular intervals.
